Anyone is welcome to nominate an individual, family, or organization for consideration to the Special Olympics Massachusetts Hall of Fame.  Please see the criteria on the application form (link below).

 

Previous nominations are no longer rolled over.  To nominate a previous nominee, you must complete and submit a new application.
 
 

The Hall of Fame Induction Committee is comprised of a group of SOMA staff, board members, and previous Hall of Fame inductees.  Since the entire Induction Committee does not know all the nominees, submitting more information and supporting documentation will provide a clearer picture of the nominee.
 
If possible, please provide a photo of the nominee.  We would prefer that you e-mail a recent photo to Martha.dove@specialolympicsma.org with the Nominee Name in the Subject Line of the e-mail.  If you do not have a digital photo, please attach a clear photo with the nomination form if at all possible.
